School Improvement Plan
School improvement planning is our strategy to achieve the core purpose of the school. It covers three key issues: how well a school is performing; what the school’s key strengths and areas for development are; how the school can achieve its aims via action planning.
Our strategic aims are reflected upon and evaluated throughout the academic year. They are considered as part of our staff appraisal process and planning for the future.
